Terms and Conditions for Xperia Fashion Week 2020

1. The registration is open to:

• Males - Age 16 Years to 45 Years
• Female - Age 16 Years to 45 Years
• Kids - Age 5 Years to 15 Years

2. All participants are required to be present for the workshop/s and auditions as per the time communicated during registration (Late entries shall not be entertained). If the participant remains absent or arrives late, then Xperia Fashion Week 2020 shall not be responsible for conducting the workshop / audition again.
3. The outfits for auditions would not be provided by Xperia Fashion Week 2020 and the participants are to arrange for the same themselves. Finalist will be provided dresses from select brands to walk the ramp. Damage or loss of clothes, accessories, etc. - any merchandise, given to the customer on finale, will be customer responsibility.
4. At the auditions and main event, photographs / videos of participants will be uploaded on multiple platforms including “Xperia Fashion Week 2020” social media pages, other digital platforms, print, TV, etc.
5. In addition, you are agreeing for the management / media to use the participant’s pictures from the event in print / digital media and portfolios for the designers / brands.
6. Xperia Fashion Week 2020 reserves the right to cancel any audition at its discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever and any decision of Xperia Fashion Week 2020 in this regard shall be final. The schedule for the show shall be communicated to the finalists via SMS/Call/E-mail. Any changes in the schedules shall communicate to the contestants in advance.
7. Xperia Fashion Week 2020 is not responsible to bear such expenses towards travel and accommodation of the winner.
8. The outfits are as per the designers’/brands’ seasonal collection. (Therefore, each show will end up looking different from the other.) Xperia Fashion Week 2020 is not to be held responsible for the same.
9. Participants would be allocated to specific designers / brands depending on their specific age -group and theme requirements. Xperia Fashion Week 2020 is not responsible for the selection.
10. Patrons take part in the auditions and fashion show at their own risk – and waive Xperia Fashion Week 2020 of any and all responsibility for discomfort, allergy , injury, illness and / or any physical / mental strain arising due to the attendance of any / all sub events at the show.
11. First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising. Attendees will be allowed to bring their own Medical and First-aid kits inside the venue.
12. In case of “Force Majeure”, No refund/ claims will be entertained. “Force Majeure” shall mean act of God including but not limited to rain, fire, flood, earthquake, windstorm or other natural disaster; being beyond the control of any of the Parties and affecting performance of show.
13. All intellectual property in and related to the Event including but not limited to (i) all copyrightable works including digital copyright, typography rights, database rights (including rights of extraction) and all applications, registrations and renewals in connection therewith, (ii) all trade secrets (including ideas, research and development, manufacturing and production processes and techniques, technical data, designs, drawings), (iii) all trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names, together with all translations, adaptations, derivations, and combinations thereof, and all applications, registrations, and renewals in connection therewith shall vest exclusively with Xperia Fashion Week 2020.
14. I/we are fully informed about the risks associated with participation in the activities and hereby consent to participation in Xperia Fashion Week 2020 and further undertake that on happening of any unfortunate circumstances, which results in any injury, I/We shall not hold Xperia Mall or any of their partners/vendors/employees/management responsible/liable for the same.
15. I give my consent to participate in Xperia Fashion Week 2020 for audition/selection and if selected for finale will attend the finale on my own (cost of travel to and fro will be borne myself). I also agree that I and nor my agents representing me, will not hold Xperia Mall or any of their partners/vendors/employees/management liable in the event or any loss/theft of articles, accident, injuries and/or loss of life in participating in/or Xperia Fashion Week 2020.
16. I/We will agree that any pictures taken of this event can be published on marketing material, websites, newspapers and other publicity and branding material/sites/media pertaining to Xperia Fashion Week 2020. Xperia Fashion Week 2020 reserves the sole right to make any changes to these Terms & Conditions and they shall be final and binding on all participants.
17. Decision on finalists & winners will be solely based on performance, the decision by Mall management will be final.
18. No participation/ audition allowed without registration.
